Shipping & delivery policy

Kash Moments (kashmoments.in) is operated by Kabir Sharad Chandrikapure. Kash Moments sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

1. What you receive

When you buy a surprise, you receive a private link to your interactive digital surprise. The person you share it with can open it on their phone or computer using any web browser. No app is needed.

2. How and when it's delivered

• Your link is shown on screen immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
• We don't send the link by email or SMS, so please copy and save it straight away.
• You can then share it with the person it's for on any app you like, such as WhatsApp or Instagram.

3. Opening time

If you set an opening date and time, the link is still delivered to you immediately. Anyone who opens it before that time will see a countdown until the surprise unlocks.

4. How long the link works

Your link stays live for 90 days from when the surprise is created. After that, the surprise and everything in it is permanently deleted.

5. Where we deliver

Kash Moments is available to anyone with an internet connection. Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR).

6. If your link doesn't arrive

If your payment went through but you didn't see your link, or you closed the page before copying it:

• Please don't pay again.
• Contact us with your payment reference (the UPI transaction ID from your payment app, or the payment ID shown on screen after you paid), and we'll find your link and send it to you.

If we can't deliver your link within 24 hours of you contacting us, you'll get a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
