• Your payment reference (the UPI transaction ID from your payment app, or the payment ID shown on screen after you paid), if it's about a payment
• Your surprise link, if it's about a surprise you've created
• A short note on what went wrong

Quick help

• Paid but didn't get your link? Please don't pay again. Email us with your payment reference (or call if it's urgent) and we'll find your link.
• Money deducted but payment failed? It's usually returned to your account automatically within 5–7 working days. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Want your surprise deleted early? Send us your surprise link or payment reference.
